Chinese (Napa) Cabbage Salad

In a small bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and ginger. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add apple and stir to combine.

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, raisins, onion and herb. Pour apple dressing over cabbage and toss. Add sesame seeds or almonds and serve immediately, or refrigerate overnight.
